Conine Coastal Real Estate is pre-launch and the first subsidiary in the Conine Coastal Group launch sequence. Client reviews will publish as transactions close. We’d rather show you nothing than show you reviews that don’t yet exist.

Conine Coastal Real Estate is the property management + brokerage + investment- analysis subsidiary of the Conine Coastal Group. Anchored by David Conine’s Florida real estate license and 20 years of construction expertise — the “Where Real Estate Meets Construction Expertise” positioning. We’re scheduled as Phase 1 (Months 1–6) of the parent rollout — first to launch.

Reviews will be published as we:

  • Resolve Florida property management licensing (broker license vs. PM-specific requirement; pending counsel review).
  • Form the entity, build trust accounting infrastructure for security deposits, and onboard our first managed properties.
  • Close our first brokerage transactions for HNW second-home buyers entering Northeast Florida from out of state.
  • Complete our first underwriting + acquisition engagements for investors on coastal rental opportunities.

Tiered PM pricing (12% / 15% / 18%) is documented internally and will not appear in public marketing until entity formation + licensing complete. Phase numbers reference the Conine Coastal Group launch sequencing plan.
